Our 30 Day Return Policy!

You can seek a return authorization for any of our products by returning the item within 30 days of delivery.  You can start the process by requesting a Return Authorization. Please note, all returns need to be shipped at your own expense within 14 days of the authorization being issued. We will refund you your full money. International customers will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund.

All Free and promotional products need to be returned to get a full credit or we will deduct the value of the Free and or promotional product.

Follow the instructions below to obtain a return authorization and order return:

• Send us an email: sales@saveonwallart.com
• Mention the item number(s) and the order number of the items you wish to return
• We will email you with return authorization, instructions and address
• You can ship back the items via USPS, FedEx or UPS
• Once we have received the items in good order and sellable condition- we will within 2 business days email confirm receipt of the return and credit your card on file.

 
The refund will take us approximately 5 to 7 business days to show up on your online account. The refund will be made directly to your PayPal account or the credit card, whichever was used to make the purchase.

If you do not follow the above-mentioned instructions or you return items without a RMA then the items will not be refunded.  We do not accept return after 30 days.

To make sure that it stays that way we have all orders processed via our secure server and specially encrypted so that no information is hacked.

Our system uses 128-bit encrypted SSL via our Internet Service Provider (ISP), assuring you that your information is safe with us so you can shop with a peace of mind.

In order to reduce risks and to ensure security measures, we do not use emails to process orders such as asking for credit cards numbers through emails. If you receive any such email, please do not respond to it and report it to the authorities and us immediately.
